Our Process
We utilise external couriers and our own fleet of vehicles for order delivery. Our transport vehicles are equipped to carry lengths of up to 13 metres as standard and can carry 14 metre bars with certain restrictions. All of our vehicles are fitted with tracker monitoring devices which help us to keep in contact with the vehicle and drivers.
Any orders placed before 2pm will be processed and dispatched for standard delivery; next day steel delivery service is available for most orders. Please note that if two or more delivery methods coincide, the highest valued shipping method will be applied.

The vehicles that will deliver your steel are large rigid Heavy Goods Vehicles and measure approximately 3m wide by 8m long so some sites will unfortunately be un-accessible to our vehicles. If this is the case you can collect your order from one of our depots or arrange delivery to a more convenient location.
The customer must have access for a bin wagon size vehicle, inform us of any overhead power cables and ensure appropriate & safe parking. We will unload on to a pavement or driveway but we are UNABLE to Off-load on to scaffolding, on top of walls, through windows or over high fences.
To enable a safe delivery, the customer must be able to provide suitable mechanical lifting equipment, such as a crane or forklift, or in the absence of these, have enough man power on site at the time of delivery.
