Mild Steel Square Hollow Sections are a commonly used material in construction and engineering.  They are known by other names such as box section,  steel square section, SHS, cold formed square hollow, square mild steel hollow, hollow square, and square tube sections.  This versatile product has many uses and can be easily cut, drilled and welded.  The product is supplied in a 'Self Colour' Finish which means it is just bare metal, with a slight oiled film to its surface to provide an element of protection against rust/corrosion, although the product will easily rust if left in damp environments.
