How are recycled plastic barriers made?
Recycled plastic barriers are made using a relatively simple process. Pre-used plastic items are collected and separated by grade. Any remaining debris in or among the plastic is removed before the items are cleaned and sterilised. Next, the items are shredded and melted to form pellets. From there, the pellets are melted down and moulded to form durable plastic barriers.

Depending on the product and application, you can bury or concrete recycled plastic barriers into the ground. If you’re constructing knee rails, you would then attach the posts or crossbars to the V-shaped posts using our single galvanised strips.
