A142 reinforcement mesh is a light-duty steel fabric designed for domestic concrete applications where moderate reinforcement strength is required. Manufactured using 6mm wires at 200mm × 200mm spacing, it offers 142mm² of steel per metre width, making it an ideal choice for smaller slabs and residential groundwork.
With a low weight of 2.22 kg/m², A142 is easy to handle, transport, and install, making it especially suitable for DIY projects and lighter construction work such as paths, patios, garage floors, and shed bases.
